Return products

The customer has the right to return the product within 24 hours or exchange it within 48 hours from the time of receipt of the order, provided that the product is in its original condition and the carton is not opened with full accessories and user manual.

When wishing to exchange or return a sound product, the customer shall bear the shipping and delivery fees to the Nile site, taking into account what was mentioned in point No. 1.

If the product to be replaced is not available, the customer will be contacted to get his consent to choose another product with the same value or return the amount paid.

Your paid money will be refunded after receiving the product and checking the product/products by our competent staff at the Nile site and making sure of their safety.

Elnail.com has the right to amend the website Policy at any time and without notice.

Unopened products are not replaced if a factory defect has not been proven in them.

How to get a refund if the order is returned

When the Nile site agrees to return the product (s) after purchase, the amount paid will be refunded to the same card/bank account that you used at the time of payment.

Observations:

تتراوح مدة استرداد المبلغ المدفوع للعميل بين 7 إلى 15 يوم عمل.

The (cash on delivery) fee is non-refundable.
